Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any 1eec service. By creating an account or placing a wager, you confirm acceptance of all terms set out below.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:
2.1 Age Requirement. The 1eec Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. 1eec reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to determine whether online betting and gaming activities are lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or wagering at 1eec. By creating an account, you confirm that you have made this determination independently and that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which such activities are prohibited. 1eec does not provide legal advice and makes no warranties regarding the legality of its services in any specific location.
2.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when creating your 1eec account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any additional details required for KYC. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account with 1eec. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared payment methods, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances voided.
2.5 Account Transferability. Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or any balance held within it to another person under any circumstances.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity conducted through your 1eec account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility until you notify 1eec in writing of any unauthorised access. 1eec recommends using a strong, unique password and signing out of shared or public devices after every session.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC). 1eec is required to verify the identity of account holders prior to processing withdrawals and may require verification at other points in the account lifecycle. Required documents may include a government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that cannot be verified within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of KYC.
3.3 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 1eec reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform at that time. Players will be notified in advance of any such fee being applied. Dormant account fees will not reduce any balance below zero.
3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your 1eec account at any time by contacting support. Pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules before any remaining balance is returned. Identity verification is required before closure processing.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. 1eec currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Skrill, Neteller, and USDT TRC20. Supported methods may change at any time; the current list is always available in the cashier section of the Platform.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. All amounts are denominated in PKR unless otherwise specified for USDT TRC20 transactions.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. Players must withdraw to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. 1eec reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier; JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 1–4 hours during supported hours.
4.4 Currency. All account balances are maintained in PKR. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit crediting. No refunds are issued for exchange rate fluctuations.
4.5 Source of Funds. By depositing funds at 1eec, you confirm that the funds are derived from lawful sources and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. 1eec may request evidence of source of funds as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations at any time.
5.1 General. All bets and casino wagers are subject to 1eec's product-specific rules, which are published within the relevant game or market. In the event of any inconsistency between product-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, product-specific rules take precedence for that product.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until a confirmation message is displayed on the Platform. 1eec reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including where a price has been displayed in error.
5.3 Void Bets. 1eec may void a bet where: (a) it was placed on a market that was published in error; (b) the underlying event has been cancelled or abandoned; (c) there is evidence of match manipulation or irregularity; or (d) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Void bets are refunded to the player's account balance.
5.4 PSL and Cricket Betting. Cricket betting markets, including PSL fixtures, are governed by 1eec's cricket betting rules. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. Ball-by-ball markets may be suspended at any time without notice if data feeds or match conditions require it.
5.5 Casino Games. All casino games available on 1eec are operated by licensed third-party providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical outcomes observed by streaming cameras. 1eec does not interfere with game outcomes.
5.6 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical fault during a bet or game session, 1eec will endeavour to reconstruct the session from server logs and settle the outcome fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
6.1 Eligibility. All 1eec bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published alongside each offer. Where a promotion is available to Pakistani players specifically, that will be stated in the offer terms. 1eec reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated; unmet balances expire at the end of the validity period.
6.3 One Bonus Per Household. Bonus offers are available once per household, IP address, device, email address, and payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
6.4 1eec's Right to Amend. 1eec reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is amended after a player has already opted in, the player will be notified and existing wagering progress honoured to the extent practicable.
7.1 Player Tools. 1eec provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings at any time: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, loss limits, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods (ranging from 24 hours to 6 months), and permanent self-exclusion.
7.2 Self-Exclusion. A player who self-excludes will be prevented from accessing their 1eec account and will not receive marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion has no end date and cannot be reversed. 1eec will not accept deposits from a self-excluded player and will return any inadvertently received funds.
7.3 Underage Gambling Prevention. 1eec requires age verification for all accounts and prohibits access by individuals under the age of 18. Where a player is found to be underage, the account will be immediately closed, all winnings voided, and deposits returned in accordance with applicable law.
7.4 Problem Gambling. If you believe your gambling is no longer recreational and may be causing harm, we strongly encourage you to use 1eec's self-exclusion tool, set account limits, or seek help from a qualified support organisation. 1eec staff can refer you to appropriate resources upon request via [email protected].
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1eec Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:
9.1 Ownership. All content on the 1eec Platform, including but not limited to text, design, graphics, software, game assets, logos, trade names, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of 1eec or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
9.2 Limited Licence. 1eec grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1eec.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1eec's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 1eec account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 1eec shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
10.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1eec makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or prices at any point in time, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data in connection with your use of the 1eec Platform is governed by the 1eec Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. The Privacy Policy is available at 1eec.net/privacy-policy.
12.1 1eec reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform not less than 14 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory directive.
12.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with section 3.4.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1eec is licensed to operate. The applicable jurisdiction is stated in 1eec's licensing documentation, which is available upon request from the support team.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and 1eec arising out of these Terms or the operation of your account, you should first contact 1eec's support team to seek an informal resolution. 1eec will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority or an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body as applicable.
13.3 Bet Disputes. Any dispute relating to the settlement of a specific bet or casino game outcome must be raised with support within 30 days of the relevant settlement date. Claims raised after this period may not be considered.
